Kayaks for the Australian Championships.

The Hobie Kayak Fishing Series is a nationally run competition held across multiple rounds throughout the year, giving passionate anglers the opportunity to qualify for the ultimate event — the Australian Championships. The 2023 Championship was hosted in the stunning waters of Mallacoota, Victoria, where the top 60 kayak anglers from around the country competed in a 3-day showdown.

We had the pleasure of working with Hobie Australasia to bring a bold visual edge to this elite event. Our role covered the full wrap process — from custom design concepts and pre-event consultation, through to precision manufacturing and on-site installation of wraps for each of the 60 finalist kayaks.

Each wrap was uniquely numbered and designed to stand out on the water while staying true to Hobie’s branding and the high-performance attitude of the event.

Once the championship wraps up, these kayaks are shipped to dealers across Australia and sold as tournament-used models.
